ReVAMP Your Coffee Bar Sweepstakes: Official Rules

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. OPEN ONLY TO LICENSED DENTAL PRACTICES LOCATED IN THE 50 UNITED STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, ENTERING THROUGH AN AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE WHO IS 18 OR OLDER. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

1. Sponsor

The ReVAMP Your Coffee Bar Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Torch Technology, Inc. (“Torch Dental”), 49 W 23rd St, Floor 3, New York, NY 10010 (“Sponsor” or “Torch”). By entering, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.

2. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open only to legally operating dental practices located in the 50 United States and the District of Columbia (each, a “Practice”). A Practice must enter through one authorized representative who is a legal U.S. resident, 18 years of age or older, and an owner, dentist, office manager or other employee authorized to act on the Practice’s behalf (the “Representative”). The Practice, not the Representative, is the entrant and potential winner.

The following are not eligible:

  • Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor, its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and prize suppliers, and the immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings and their spouses) and household members of each.
  • Practices owned or operated by any federal, state or local government entity, and any Representative who is a government employee or official.
  • Any Practice or Representative whose employer policies, code of conduct or applicable professional rules prohibit accepting a prize of this kind.
  • Practices that are current Torch customers at any time during the Sweepstakes Period.

By entering, the Representative confirms that they are authorized to enter and accept a prize for the Practice, and that doing so complies with the Practice’s policies and any rules that apply to it. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Central Time (“CT”) on October 1, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. CT on October 31, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes.

4. How to Enter

To enter, the Representative must do all of the following during the Sweepstakes Period:

  1. Submit the form at https://torchdental.com/revamp-october-sweepstakes/ with complete and accurate information.
  2. Schedule and attend a pricing analysis session with a Torch representative.
  3. Complete the pricing analysis with the Torch representative, including providing the purchase information needed, for example by connecting the Practice’s supplier accounts or sharing purchase records.

The Practice receives one (1) entry when the pricing analysis is completed. Analyses must be completed by 11:59:59 p.m. CT on October 31, 2026. Analyses that are requested or scheduled but not completed by that time are not eligible. Requesting or completing an analysis does not require the Practice to buy anything, sign up for a Torch membership or change suppliers.

Sponsor is not responsible for incomplete or inaccurate entry information, or for sessions that cannot be scheduled or completed before the deadline for any reason. All entry information becomes the property of Sponsor.

5. Entry Limit

Limit one (1) entry per Practice for the entire Sweepstakes Period, no matter how many Representatives submit for the Practice, or how many locations the Practice has. Additional entries will be void. Any attempt to enter more than the stated limit, or to use multiple identities, email addresses or automated means, may disqualify the Practice.

6. Prize

One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded: an office coffee bar package, shipped to the winning Practice’s business address, consisting of:

  • One (1) Nespresso Vertuo coffee machine with Aeroccino milk frother
  • An assortment of coffee pods
  • An assortment of flavored syrups
  • A set of office mugs
  • One (1) coffee station organizer

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $450. Sponsor selects the specific models, flavors, styles and quantities. The prize is awarded to the Practice, not to any individual. It cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash. Sponsor may substitute a prize or prize component of equal or greater value if any part becomes unavailable. Manufacturer warranties apply to prize components; Sponsor makes no other warranty. Any difference between ARV and actual value will not be awarded.

7. Winner Selection and Notification

On or about November 2, 2026, Sponsor will select one (1) potential winning Practice in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. Sponsor’s decisions are final.

Sponsor will contact the potential winner’s Representative by email and/or phone using the information provided with the entry. The Representative must respond within five (5) business days of the first notification attempt. Sponsor may require the Representative to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release and, where lawful, Publicity Release within five (5) business days of receiving it.

The prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected at random from the remaining eligible entries if the potential winner: cannot be reached or does not respond in time; does not return required documents in time; is found ineligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules; or declines the prize. Sponsor may select up to three (3) alternates, after which the prize may go unawarded. A Practice is not a winner until Sponsor has verified its eligibility.

8. Odds

The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

9. Taxes and Expenses

The winning Practice is responsible for any federal, state and local taxes on the prize, and for any costs not expressly listed in Section 6.

10. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winning Practice’s name, city and state, and the Representative’s name and photograph, in advertising and promotion without further notice or compensation. Representatives may decline individual publicity in writing, which will not affect the Practice’s prize.

11. Release and Limitation of Liability

By entering, the Practice and Representative agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies and prize suppliers, and each of their officers, directors, employees and agents (the “Released Parties”), from any claims, injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize.

The Released Parties are not responsible for: incorrect or inaccurate entry information; technical, computer, network, printing, typographical or human errors; lost, interrupted or unavailable network connections; or failed, incomplete or delayed transmissions or scheduling. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL THE RELEASED PARTIES BE LIABLE FOR ANY PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, AND ANY RECOVERY IS LIMITED TO ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS OF ENTERING, NOT INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES.

12. General Conditions

Sponsor may disqualify any Practice or Representative found to be tampering with the entry process, violating these Official Rules, or acting in a fraudulent or disruptive way. If the Sweepstakes cannot run as planned because of fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control, Sponsor may cancel, modify or suspend it and, where permitted, award the prize by random drawing from eligible entries received before that action. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term is not a waiver of that term. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions stay in effect.

13. Disputes and Governing Law

These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from the Sweepstakes will be resolved individually, without any class action, exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.

14. Privacy

Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy at https://torchdental.com/privacy-policy/. Sponsor uses entry information to administer the Sweepstakes, to provide the requested pricing analysis and for related follow-up, as described in the Privacy Policy.

15. Winner’s Name

To request the name of the winning Practice, email torchspark@torchdental.com with the subject line “ReVAMP Sweepstakes Winner” by November 30, 2026.
